Privacy Policy

Cr3ation Factory (“CF”, “we”) is a platform where creators build, publish, and sell their work. This policy says plainly what data we handle and what we do with it. Our standing rule is honesty: we only claim here what the platform actually does.
What we collect
- Account data — your email and login credentials, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never see your password.
- Your work — the content you create on CF (documents, designs, posts, videos, store products). It is yours; storing it is the service.
- Vault content — encrypted client-side with a key you hold. We store ciphertext we cannot read.
- Connected-channel credentials — if you connect a social channel for auto-posting, the credential is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to post what you tell us to post, when you tell us to post it.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card numbers; Stripe sends us only what is needed to run your account (e.g. subscription status).
- Usage records — basic operational records (e.g. AI tool runs, errors) used for rate limits, cost control, and fixing what breaks.
AI features
CF’s AI features (Alfred and the tool assistants) send the content you submit to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate results. We use commercial API terms, under which Anthropic does not train its models on that data. Alfred keeps a memory of what you choose to share with him, scoped to your account, to serve you better — it is never used to sell to you or shared with other creators.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never post to your connected channels without an action you took.
- We never train AI models on your work.
- We never claim ownership of what you make. Your work is yours.
Connected platform accounts
If you connect a social account to Push, we store an encrypted access token for that account, your handle or account name on that platform, and a record of what we posted on your behalf. We do not store your password for any platform, and we do not read your private messages. We use this data for one purpose: publishing the posts you scheduled, to the accounts you chose, at the times you chose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to train models. You can delete it at any time — see Deleting your connected-account data.
YouTube and Google data
Where you connect a YouTube channel, Cr3ation Factory uses the YouTube Data API. By using that feature you are agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and our handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy in addition to this one. We request only the permissions needed to upload the video you scheduled to the channel you selected. You can review and revoke Cr3ation Factory’s access to your Google account at any time at Google’s security settings page. When you revoke, we delete the stored credential and the data derived from it within 7 days.
Limited Use
Cr3ation Factory’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you connected the account for, and for no other purpose.
Cookies & local storage
We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and browser local storage for your own preferences (e.g. tool settings, drafts-in-progress). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Data deletion
You can disconnect any platform account yourself, which removes the stored credential. To delete your whole account and its data, email us and we will do it. Payments records required for tax and accounting law are retained as the law requires. Full instructions: Deleting your data.
Children
Cr3ation Factory is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When our practices change, this page changes in the same release, with the date above updated. We do not quietly rewrite history.
