What we do

Most creators are told to give their best work away for reach and hope it pays off somewhere down the line. We think that’s backwards. Cr3ation Factory gives a creator the tools to turn what they make into something people can actually buy — a guide, a template pack, a spreadsheet, a press kit, a site, a track — and a storefront to sell it from, without stitching together five different apps and handing each one a cut.

The loop is the whole point: design → build → ship. A creator opens a tool, makes the thing, lists it, and shares the link. A follower clicks, buys, and downloads it. That’s it. The tools cover the common shapes of digital product — documents and press kits (Press), spreadsheets and calculators (Grid), a website builder (Site), social posts and scheduling (PUSH), and more — each built so an ordinary creator can produce above-average work without a design team behind them.

What we believe

Creators should keep more of what they earn.The whole business is oriented around that — fewer middlemen between a sale and the creator’s bank account, and no hidden clawbacks. When a sale is split between collaborators, every party is paid their published share from day one.

Creator choices come before AI defaults.We use AI to remove grunt work, not to replace the creator’s judgment. Nothing publishes, posts, or sells on a creator’s behalf without the creator choosing to.

We don’t lie to our users.If a feature isn’t finished, we say so plainly rather than dressing it up. If a number is real, it’s a real count; we don’t fabricate metrics or invent social proof. That principle runs through the product — a page will tell you honestly when something is still coming.

How selling and payments work

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cr3ation Factory does not collect, store, or handle card numbers — card data is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and never touches our servers. Payouts to creators run through Stripe Connect, and identity verification (KYC) for anyone receiving money stays on Stripe, not with us.

Every order is reconciled server-side before any money or access is granted: the price and any discount are computed from our own records, and the amount the buyer was charged is checked against that record before the sale is fulfilled. Buyers receive what they bought through time-limited, access-controlled download links — never open file access. Refunds and payment disputes are handled by reversing the sale: access is revoked and the corresponding payout is unwound.

A buyer can purchase as a guest with just an email — no account required — and later claim those purchases into an account using the same email. Creators can offer their own discount codes, which are validated and applied at checkout.

Content and safety standards

Cr3ation Factory’s surfaces are kept work-safe. We do not host, sell, or post adult or explicit content, and we don’t distribute malware, infringing material, or anything designed to deceive or defraud a buyer. This keeps the platform brand-safe, keeps our payment relationships in good standing, and protects the creators who sell here.

Because a real person can be in the loop on quality, listings can carry a human-review signal, and creators can request a check before they publish. The goal is a storefront a buyer can trust and a link a creator is proud to share.

Your data and your work

The platform runs on a modern, access-controlled database (Supabase/Postgres) where every record is scoped to its owner — a creator can only ever see and touch their own data. Operational credentials a creator connects (for example a channel to auto-post to) are encrypted before they are stored. A creator’s in-progress creative work can be protected with a private key only the creator holds, so it stays theirs.

Cr3ation Factory is live at cr3ationfactory.comand actively built. The core loop — build a product, list it, get paid, deliver it — works end to end. We’re candid about what’s next rather than implying it already exists: dedicated hosting so creator sites run on their own infrastructure, motion and animation for richer output, an embeddable store a creator can drop onto their own external site, and support for physical products. Those are on the roadmap, and we’ll say so on the relevant pages until they ship.
