We will not claim a feature works before it does. Direct messaging is on the roadmap and will be end-to-end encrypted when it ships — until then, connections and Alfred-brokered intros are how members reach each other, every one with a stated business reason.
Code of conduct
Business only. Every contact.
- Contact must be business related. Every connection request and every intro requires a stated professional reason. No reason, no contact — the system enforces it.
- No romantic or personal solicitation. This is not a dating surface. Tenderish approaches, pickup attempts, and unprofessional greetings are reportable and removable.
- Zero tolerance for harassment. No exceptions, no warning ladders for abuse. Harassment ends an account.
- Identity-verified members. Real, named people. No anonymous accounts in the directory.
- Named accountability. Your name is on your conduct. Reports are reviewed by a person, and action is taken.

A real score
A reputation score that’s real only when earned through reviewed CITL work. No score yet? It shows as “No score yet” — we don’t print a number you haven’t earned.
You can share your HITL progressas a card on your profile — tasks reviewed, current tier, quality signal. Until there’s real work behind it, the card stays honest and empty. Nothing here is fabricated.
