Deleting your data

Three ways to remove data from Cr3ation Factory, depending on how much you want gone. None of them require you to ask permission, and none of them cost anything.

1. Disconnect a single platform account

Open Push, find the connected channel, and disconnect it. This removes the stored access token for that platform immediately. We keep the record of posts we already published on your behalf, because that is a record of something that actually happened — if you want those records removed too, use option 3 or email us.

2. Revoke access from the platform’s side

You can also cut access without signing in to Cr3ation Factory at all:

When you revoke there, we delete the stored credential and the data derived from it within 7 days. Revoking does not notify us instantly, which is why it is a window and not an instant.

3. Delete your account and everything in it

Email tradingforexwright@gmail.com from the address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done. This removes your work, your connected-account credentials, your Alfred history, and your account itself.

Two honest exceptions. Payment records required by tax and accounting law are retained for as long as the law requires — we cannot delete those and neither can anyone else. And anything you published publicly to your own platforms stays where you published it; deleting your Cr3ation Factory account does not reach into your YouTube channel and remove videos you posted.

What we cannot read in the first place

If you turned on your creator key, your Alfred data is encrypted with a key only you hold. We store ciphertext we cannot read, so for that data “delete” is the only thing we could ever do with it — we have no way to look at it.
