1. What Cr3ation Factory is

Cr3ation Factory (“CF,” “we”) is a platform of creator tools — ebooks, websites, video, graphics, spreadsheets, social posting — plus a storefront where creators sell what they make. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the signed-in tools. Keep your credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract (in most places, 18 or older) to sell through CF.

3. Plans and billing

Current plans: Rookie $9.99/mo(first 30 days free — no card required to start; if you don’t add a card by day 30 the plan simply ends), Creator $29.99/mo, and Pro $49.99/mo. Billing runs through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges; it doesn’t refund past ones. Prices can change; we’ll show the current price before you ever pay it.

4. Selling and fees

When you sell through your CF storefront, the platform fee depends on your plan: Rookie 8%, Creator 3%, Pro 0%— each plan states its fee up front, and that fee is the only cut CF takes on a sale. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. You’re responsible for the taxes on your earnings.

5. Your work stays yours

You own what you create on CF. Selling here is non-exclusive— you can sell the same work anywhere else. We take only the license we need to operate the platform: hosting, displaying, and delivering your work to your buyers. We don’t claim ownership of your content, and we don’t use your private creative work to train AI models.

6. Privacy and encryption

Our Privacy Policy covers data handling. Additionally, CF offers opt-in creator-held-key encryption: when you set it up, your covered data is encrypted under a key only you hold — CF cannot read it. The honest trade-off: if you lose both your passphrase and your recovery code, that data is unrecoverable — by you, by us, by anyone.

7. Honest conduct

Don’t use CF to sell work you don’t have the rights to, to defraud buyers, to publish illegal content, or to attack the platform or other creators. We can remove content or close accounts that do. We apply the same standard to ourselves: CF doesn’t fabricate stats, reviews, or claims — and our tools are built not to fabricate them for you.

8. The service, honestly

CF is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, and some features are early — where a tool is limited, the tool says so on its face. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid CF in the twelve months before that claim.
